All products are handmade. Slight variations in color, size, or texture are normal and part of artisan craftsmanship.

2. Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in USD

  • Prices may vary depending on quantity, customization, and material availability

  • Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated

3. Payment Terms

We accept:

  • Bank transfer

  • 30–50% deposit before production

  • Balance payment before shipment

4. Production Time

Production time varies by product category:

  • Crochet flowers: 7–15 days

  • Seagrass baskets: 10–20 days

  • Handmade bags: 10–20 days

5. Shipping Terms

We offer:

  • DHL / FedEx

  • Sea freight

  • EXW / FOB Haiphong

Shipping time depends on the carrier and destination country.

6. Custom Orders (OEM)

Custom designs require:

  • Sample approval

  • Additional production time

  • Non-refundable sample fees

7. Intellectual Property

All product photos, designs, and website content belong to Mai Thi Handicraft and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
