Shipping & Export Terms

Mai Thi Handicraft provides worldwide shipping for wholesale orders. We work with reliable logistics partners and follow international export standards to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

  • Suitable for small and medium orders

  • Delivery time: 5–10 days depending on destination

  • Includes tracking and door-to-door service

2. Sea Freight (LCL / FCL)

  • Recommended for large wholesale orders

  • Delivery time: 20–45 days depending on country

  • More cost-effective for bulk shipments

Export Terms

We support the following Incoterms:

  • EXW Haiphong – Buyer arranges pickup and shipping

  • FOB Haiphong – We deliver goods to Haiphong port and handle export clearance

Other terms (CIF, DAP) may be available upon request.

Export Documents Provided

We supply all necessary export documents, including:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin (CO)

  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

  • Other documents upon request

Packaging

All products are packed with export standards:

  • Opp bags or kraft paper (depending on product)

  • Moisture protection

  • Strong export cartons

  • Custom packaging available for OEM orders

Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
