Return Policy

Mai Thi Handicraft provides handmade products crafted by skilled artisans. We ensure strict quality control before shipping. Because we operate as a B2B wholesale manufacturer, our return policy is designed specifically for bulk orders.

1. Returns for Wholesale Orders

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products.

2. Conditions for Return

A return request is accepted if:

  • Products are damaged during shipping

  • Products do not match the approved sample

  • Products are incorrect in quantity or model

3. Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days after receiving the goods (for DHL/FedEx shipments)

  • 14 days for sea freight shipments

4. What We Do After Approval

We will:

  • Replace the defective items

  • Or issue a partial refund

  • Or deduct the amount from your next order

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom/OEM products approved before production

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling

  • Products used or altered after delivery

6. Shipping Costs

If the error is from our side, we cover the replacement shipping cost.
